Reiki I & II workshop - September 19 & 20, 2009 - 9:00am to 4:00 pm each day
Reiki I will be taught Saturday, September 19 and Reiki II on Sunday, September 20.
Participants may sign up for one level or both. Reiki I is required prior to taking Reiki II.
The workshops will include lecture, discussion, guided meditations, attunements, instruction for reiki sessions, and hands-on reiki sessions...giving and receiving.
Cost:
Both levels - $250.00
Reiki I - $100.00
Reiki II - $150.00

Gaining Lightness - September 12

A three-hour workshop (Saturday 10:00 a.m to1:00 p.m.) This workshop will address the energy centers (chakras) as related to weight and help you discover how you can manage your weight by better understanding yourself from the inside out. Unblocking and balancing the chakras will help you identify issues that are causing you to be heavier than you desire. This will be an experiential workshop that will include lecture, interactivity and guided imagery. Based on the book Gaining Lightness written by Bob Wolfe with Patsy Sykes. This program will be taught by Patsy.
